How do you charge?
We charge by the hour, with no hidden or surprise fees — ever. The job takes as long as it takes. Specialty items like pianos and gun safes may have an additional fee, which will be discussed upfront before booking.
Is there a minimum number of hours for hourly moves?
Yes. We have a 2-hour minimum for local moves. After the first two hours, we bill in 20-minute increments. The first 20 minutes after the last full hour are free — giving you more time and flexibility without extra cost.
Do your rates include all fees?
Yes. Our hourly or flat-rate pricing includes the truck, movers, equipment, stairs, travel time, and fuel — up to 20 miles. For moves over 20 miles, a fee may apply. Everything will be clearly detailed in your estimate.
Do you offer flat rates?
Yes. For certain moves where the access and inventory are clearly defined, we offer a flat rate that’s guaranteed by contract.
How can I request an estimate?
You can call or text us at (813) 308-9498, or fill out our online contact form. We’ll ask a few quick questions (like number of rooms, addresses, stairs, and special items) and then send you a personalized estimate.
What’s the booking process?
Once you accept your estimate, we’ll send you a service agreement via DocuSign and a deposit invoice via PayPal. Your move is officially confirmed once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
What other services do you provide?
Besides moving, we offer:
• Furniture delivery & assembly
• Junk removal (couch, TV, bed, appliance removal — no trash or yard waste)
• Light handyman services & basic TV mounting

Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your moving date. The deposit is applied to your final bill.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, if canceled at least 72 hours in advance. For cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled move, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Can I change my move date after booking?
Absolutely! Just let us know as early as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change based on availability.
What’s the difference between Full Service Moving and Labor Only?
• Full Service Moving includes everything: the truck, highly trained movers, furniture protection, straps, dollies, tools, and all necessary moving equipment.
• Labor Only means we provide just the movers and basic tools to help you load, unload, or move items — perfect if you already have your own truck, trailer, or container.

Do you offer Labor Only services?
Yes! If you need extra hands to load or unload a rental truck, trailer, or storage container, our team can help with strength, experience, and basic equipment.
Do you offer packing services?
Absolutely. We provide full and partial packing services using high-quality materials. Packing is billed at our standard hourly rate and includes all necessary supplies.
Do you handle long-distance or out-of-state moves?
Yes, and for out-of-state moves, we offer a free on-site visit with one of our project managers to assess access and inventory. This helps us give you an accurate estimate and a smooth moving plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal (including credit cards and Apple Pay). Sorry, we do not accept checks.
